Fennel is an iOS app from Gantiplex. Fennel uses AI and infrastructure providers to create and save your affirmations. These providers may process the required information in different countries.
Information collected
Fennel collects your account details, conversations, affirmations, settings, support messages, and basic connection and error information.
Use and protection
Fennel uses your information to run the app, protect your account, and fix problems.
Fennel does not show your conversations or affirmations to other users. Fennel does not sell your information or use it for advertising.
App analytics
Fennel uses analytics to improve the app. This includes how you create, listen to, and manage affirmations, and whether features work.
An analytics provider processes these records. These records remain linked to your account.
Analytics excludes your conversations, affirmation content, name, and contact details. Fennel does not record your screen.
Storage and deletion
Fennel keeps your conversations and affirmations until you delete them. Deleting a session or your account removes the related conversations, affirmations, audio, and artwork.
Deleting only an affirmation leaves its conversation and may leave copies of its text until you delete the session or your account.
Deleting your account also starts deletion of its analytics records. The analytics provider may finish this after Fennel confirms account deletion. Deleting an individual conversation or affirmation does not delete analytics records.
Service providers may keep their own copies after you delete information from Fennel.
Your rights
Your rights include access, correction, copies, deletion, and limits or objections to the use of your information.
